Student Admission Types

After a future student has been admitted into CSU, the next steps are to commit to attending Chicago State University (contact the Office of Admission) and complete the 住房 application, then pay the $100 application fee and complete a background 检查.

The Office of Residence Life cannot guarantee on-campus 住房. 对于新生， the 住房 application opens on April 1, 2024, priority deadline for 住房 is May 31, 2024 and final deadline for 住房 is June 30, 2024.

Students must be registered, complete $100 application fee & 背景调查和 completely up to date with Health & Wellness requirements by May 31, 2024 for priority 住房. All requirments for new students need to be completed at the latest by June 30, 2024 for 住房 to successfully process your application.

The 住房 Selection Process is different for returning students compared to the process for new students.

Tuberculin (TB), skin test with results within the last year. Complete Physical, completed within the last year. 2 doses of Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), or a test verifying immunity. Submit all medical records to the Wellness and Center either via email at wellness@aprender-a-bailar.com, and/or fax at 773-995-2953 (please confirm receipt of records if faxing/emailing). Contact the Chicago State University Wellness and Health Center by phone at 773-995-2010 for questions, assistance in obtaining immunizations, or laboratory (serologic) testing. The 健康中心 is able to conduct the medical requirements at the 健康中心 on campus for FREE for students. Be sure to make two copies of records. Send one copy to the Wellness/Health Center and maintain one copy for your record. Please do not send any medical records to 住房.
